What is an Executive 
Coach?

An executive coach is an experienced expert who can help you develop and grow in all areas of your life, whether business or personal. An executive coach works with you to identify the internal and external challenges that could hold you back from your desired life. An executive coach will help you overcome these challenges with practical tools and strategies designed to help you with a new way of thinking.

What an Executive Coach is not!

An executive coach is not a therapist, counsellor, psychologist, or psychiatrist. An executive coach is someone who will not discuss medication or prescriptions.

An executive coach does not delve into your childhood or situations around trauma.
